As with many schools in the province, Mount Pearl Intermediate has implemented a “Character Counts" program in our school. The program invites students and staff to create a positive school environment where all can feel safe and respected. This program also promotes an atmosphere of acceptance, trust and responsibility for others.

On February 15th, 2008, our school supported an anti-bullying campaign launched throughout Canada. To show our support we are asking everyone to wear pink on that day. In addition, some of our students have prepared a short video to further educate us on this issue.

Throughout this year we will be providing you with educational videos from our various departments. Proper dress code in gym, tricks and tips on difficult Math problems will be just a few to mention.
