The World Remembers 1914-1918. Mount Pearl Intermediate is pleased to inform our school community that starting Monday, October 20, 2014 we will be participating in The World Remembers 1914-1918 project commemorating the soldiers killed in the First World War. Over the course of 22 days, the names of the WWI dead from Canada and seven other nations will be witnessed - 10 hours a day, seven days a week in the 100th year after death - one by one in a display area in the school. The Canadian names will include the men and women killed from both the Canadian and Newfoundland forces, the Medical Corps and the Merchant Navy.

Stand Up To Bullying At Mount Pearl Intermediate:

Every school year Mount Pearl Intermediate dedicates a day to promote anti-bullying awareness amongst our students. To show our support on that day we ask everyone to wear pink.. In addition, some of our students have prepared a short paragraph to further educate us on this issue.
